Summer Fun Additional Information:
A typical day is 11.5 hours of care.
A minimum of 10 days enrollment is required.
Parents agrees to pay a contracted fee each month, based upon the child’s scheduled attendance per week, regardless of illness of the child or other unanticipated absence from child care including vacations.
Forgiven Week - MLEDP understands that family plans may change during the summer months. Families registered for 5 or more weeks may drop one prescheduled week (forgiven week). A Change Fee of 10% of the weekly fee will be charged. (Week is defined as the number of scheduled days from Monday through Friday, whether it is two or five.)
MLEDP provides transportation for scheduled swimming and field trips during Summer Fun at no additional cost.
The following items are billed as they occur.
MLEDP will transport children to and from the following scheduled activities during Summer Fun: Mt. Lebanon School District Enrichment Classes, Mt. Lebanon Recreation Department Programs and/or C-MITES. The cost of this service is $5.00 per child, per event, per day.
Late Pick Up Fee - $10.00 for every 15-minute increment beyond closing time (6:30 p.m.).
Late Payment Fee - Payments are due the first day of every month. A late fee of 5% of the account balance will be assessed to accounts, if payment arrives after the 5th day of the month.
