Adobe Reader's Newer Versions now allow you to save information into a document.

You can now save all your information you have typed into your forms by saving the documents to your computer. This makes your forms reusable in future years.

It also allows you to edit your forms in the future if information has changed, such as: telephone numbers, emergency contact information, insurance information.
